In recent history, academic research has progressed to establish the efficacy and validity of Movement Pattern Analysis practice as an accurate predictor of how individuals will make decisions and take action. Scientists at Harvard University, Brown University and the U.S. Naval War College, generating data from analyzing U.S. military leaders, are conducting this research. Prior to these data, the validity of MPA was documented with case studies dating back to the 1970s.
Please note that prior to 1992, MPA was called Action Profiling, and subsequently rebranded as Movement Pattern Analysis.
